Skiathos
Skiathos is one of the most beautiful and cosmopolitan islands in Greece located in the Sporades, with over than 60 amazing sandy beaches. Specifically, in Skiathos there are 2 beaches that are considered as some of the best in Greece: Koukounaries and Lalaria. In addition, the island’s town is gorgeous, with a pretty small picturesque port. The windmills, the whitewashed village churches, and the winding cobblestone streets are the ideal setting for long walks under the blue sky. The nightlife is pretty intense with many bars, clubs and restaurants. You should definitely visit Bourtzi which is a small peninsula located between the 2 harbours of Chora (the island’s town) as well as the gorgeous churches.
