Skiathos Town
The picturesque and cosmopolitan Skiathos Town (Chora) is located at the eastern end of Skiathos. It was built in 1830 on two low-lying hills, according to the traditional island style. Here is the gorgeous small peninsula Bourtzi, and the beautiful church of Treis Ierarches. You can walk around into the town’s narrow alleys, or have your drink - ouzo - on the waterfront of Chora. There are many restaurants, cafes and taverns. Also, Chora has an intense night life with many clubs, bars, pubs and discos. Finally, you will have the chance to attend many cultural events such as concerts, theatrical plays, and nights with traditional dances and songs.
