AMEND BOOKING

This facility helps you to view all the bookings you have made, print vouchers as well as make amendments & modifications online.
Please, enter your booking reference number that you received when you made the booking, as well as your email that you registered on your profile.
Once you have located your selected booking, you will be able to make the following static changes: change the leading client name and place a special request change the board type change the number of people change the arrival and/or departure dates.
After selecting the required options please press the Modify Booking button. once you have agreed on the changes you wish to make, and then press `Finalize Modifications`.
The system will automatically recognise your account and will apply the extra charges as agreed. A new confirmation voucher and invoice will then be sent by email, once the amendment has been processed.

CANCELLATIONS

Please enter your booking reference number that you received when you made the booking, as well as your email that you registered on your profile.
On the bottom of the next page, when you view the details of your booking, you simply press the button marked Cancel Booking. On the next page you will be able to view confirmation of your cancelled booking. The system will automatically recognise your account and will apply the extra charge. You will then receive an email confirmation of the cancellation.
