Matagorda

Matagorda is a small relaxing resort situated at the northern eastern end of Puerto Del Carmen. It is the perfect destination for all those looking for relaxing holidays but being at the same time close to a large resort with all the facilities (Puerto del Carmen is only 5 min away).

Matagorda has a small shopping centre, many bars and restaurants, supermarkets, and shops. Matagorda is one of Lanzarote’s newest and most modern tourist resorts with most of the area only being developed in the 90’s to match the growing demand in this area.
