Nerja

Nerja is the touristic capital of Axarquia (worth a lot in Scrabble!) and it is situated between small coves and it is surrounded by mountains. It has 16km of beaches with fine sand and crystal clear water, including the famous beach Burriana that has been awarded with the European Blue Flag. You can perform many water sports here such as waterskiing, scuba diving and sailing. It has mild climate that gives you the opportunity to enjoy good weather all year round. In the area you can find many restaurants and cafes and if you are romantic you can also hire a horse-drawn carriage, ahhhhhh!
