Youtravel.com continually seeks ways in which to improve the service to our guests both prior to, during and post travel. We take immense pride in the provision of our local in-resort service, which is offered in 95% of our featured resorts by our representatives. We firmly believe that each of our guests is an individual, and therefore has differing expectations of their holiday experience and different requirements once in resort. As such, our representative service is designed to suit each of our guests’ needs, be they an independent traveller requiring minimal assistance, or a traveller requiring guidance throughout their holiday. Our representatives are, largely, local to the resort in which they are based, and are therefore extremely knowledgeable about the resort and surrounding area. The representatives’ focus is to ensure that all of our guests are afforded the enjoyable and comfortable holiday sought with youtravel.com.
Notice Boards
The majority of the hotels featured by youtravel.com display a notice board within the reception area or representative’s meeting room, on which details of contact emergency numbers and resort information can be found. Some hotels offer an additional information booklet, which will be distributed at the time of arrival or at the welcome meeting.
Welcome Meetings
Our local in-resort representatives eagerly await their meeting with our clients, which takes place after the guests’ arrival in resort. In the meetings, our representatives share their extensive knowledge of the destination by way of a short introduction to the resort, covering everything that our guests will need to know in order to derive the greatest benefit and enjoyment from their holiday with youtravel.com.
