Dear Partners,

Following on from the announcement on the 4th January 2021 from the UK Prime Minister, we are now, once again, entering a full UK lockdown. Therefore an immediate travel ban will come into place preventing our mutual UK customers from domestic and international travel in this period.

Following advice, will introduce a free cancellation policy for all bookings impacted by this travel ban for all arrivals up to and including 7th February 2021 .

To cancel your bookings, please follow the normal process of cancelling via our website or via our API. Should any bookings have charges or are non-refundable, please email and we will take care of any cancellation charges.

We kindly insist that you action the cancellations prior to the arrival date, any bookings left live may be subject to cancellation charges.
