Following
on from the announcement on the 22nd February 2021 from the UK Prime Minister,
a travel ban will continue until Monday 17th May 2021, preventing our mutual UK
customers from domestic and international travel in this period.
Following
advice, Youtravel.com will introduce a free cancellation policy for all
bookings impacted by this travel ban. To cancel your bookings, please follow
the normal process of cancelling via our website or via our API. Should any
bookings have charges or are non-refundable, please email admin@youtravel.com
and we will take care of any cancellation charges.
We
kindly insist that you action the cancellations prior to the arrival date, any
bookings left live may be subject to cancellation charges.
We
are continuing to monitor official travel advice and will communicate any
further updates as they are published.
