Exciting news from the FTI Group this morning, Announcing an agreement with a new investor. The FTI Group, known as the third largest tour operator in Europe, has finalized an agreement to strengthen its capital and restructure its shareholder base.
A consortium led by Certares, an investment firm specializing in travel and tourism. They will be providing €125 million in new capital to support FTI's growth and digital transformation.
