Firstly we’d like to wish you, Your families and colleagues the best of health during these very tough times. Youtravel are here to support you and your customers and have teams working around the clock to support customers in resort and also to help protect future business.

 

Following advice circulating globally, Youtravel.com will extend the free cancelation policy up to and including 15th April 2020 in all source markets across the globe.

 

For the cancellation of bookings, please follow the normal process of cancelling the bookings via our website or via our API – from there we will take care of any cancellation charges. We kindly insist that you action the cancelations to enable us to support any passengers that require emergency assistance.

 

We are closely monitoring global official travel advice, and will communicate any updates and possible extensions.

   Dear Partners, 


    Plese find an update regarding multiple desitnations 


 Spain and Islands  -  We have been informed today that the Spanish Government has officially declared that all hotels have to close in a maximum of 7 days’ time. This will affect all mutual customers currently in residence in Spain, the Canaries and the Balearic Islands.

 Morocco – Airports will be closed as from 20th March ‘20

 Egypt – From 19th to 31st March they will be closing their borders/airport. 

 Tunisia  - The government are currently in discussions around closing their hotels from 16th March to 31st March, however as yet, this has not been confirmed.

 We would urge you to make contact with all customers currently in resort to make arrangements for repatriation.

During this tough and ever changing time for the travel industry we want to reassure you that Youtravel is doing everything possible to support you and your customers in relation to the impact of COVID-19 on travel bookings.

We are closely following the advice of the World Health Organisation (WHO) and we are in regular contact with local authorities so we can continue to update you as the situation develops.

Cancellation policies:
 

  • As per normal process, please cancel any bookings yourself in the system at Youtravel.com
  • If there are charges applied in destinations where governmental restrictions apply, please send an email to admin@youtravel.com to ask for charges to be reduced. We will try our best to ensure this happens (although this can’t be guaranteed).
  • Please note that in other destinations where restrictions do not apply, normal cancellation terms stand.

We fully understand that this is a really challenging time for everyone in the industry and we are committed to do everything we can to support you.
